How enrollment works
Tour the room
Come see the classroom your child would join. You meet the teachers who run it and watch the room in use. Ask about the day, the ages in the group, and how children spend their time. We will tell you what comes next.
Enroll and settle in
Complete your enrollment forms and plan a first week that suits your child's routine. A shorter first day can help. You can also send a familiar object from home. Teachers will check in with you as the week goes on.
What to have ready
Most families bring enrollment forms, a health form, and an immunization record. Have emergency contacts and the names of people allowed to pick up your child ready. Ask the office which forms your child needs so nothing is missing on the first day.
Pack a full change of clothes, since paint, water, and mud happen. Send outdoor gear for the season, nap items if your child rests, and one comfort object. Label everything with your child's name, including shoes and water bottles.
Before the first day, decide who drops off and who picks up. Tell your child's teacher so the adults and your child all know the plan. Let the teacher know how you like to hear about the day, and ask your questions before you go.
The first weeks

Parents usually hear about the day at pickup, when teachers share what your child played, built, or worked on. If you want more detail, you can ask. Because this program is play-based and child-directed, the updates are about what your child chose to do.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Schedules depend on your child's age group and what openings we have, so the best next step is to ask what is available. A tour or a call can give you the current options. We can tell you what fits your family.
What if there is no place right now?
Families can ask to be told when a place opens for their child's age. There are no promised dates. Call or email the office and we will keep your child's age on file.
